General terms and conditions/house rules..


- You can always book the free consultation the first time

I work by appointment; you are always welcome to try to make a last-minute appointment. There is no walk-in due to other clients.


- Appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled in a timely manner at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the treatment will be charged in full. If you then make a new appointment taking place within a week, you will receive a 25% discount on that treatment.

- Please arrive on time! Are you more than 15 minutes late? Unfortunately, your appointment will be cancelled. I have reserved a specific time for you, and unfortunately, I will not be able to make it for the next person. Other clients do not always have the time to wait. The full amount will be charged. Are you making an appointment for within a week? Then you will receive a 25% discount on that treatment.

- In the event of demonstrable force majeure preventing you from cancelling or causing you to be significantly late, we can schedule a new appointment free of charge.


- Do you have any special requests, or do you already know exactly what you want? In that case, I would appreciate receiving a photo via WhatsApp in advance, but it is not required.

- I do not apply product to severely damaged nails or diseased nails, e.g. fungal nails

If there is product from another nail salon/nail stylist on your nails during your visit, it must be removed first.

- Eating is not permitted during the treatment.

If you are early, you may of course wait inside for a moment.

- The minimum age is 18. From the age of 16, you can have manicures, gel polish, or BIAB applied by me with the permission of your parent/guardian.

- Consult us in advance if you want to bring someone along.

- Observe the guidelines as advised for caring for your nails, or read them again on the website.


You can pay online, in advance via bank transfer, in the salon with Tikkie, or with cash.

- Your permission is always requested for the use of photos on social media/website.

Your personal data and the information you share during sessions/treatments are treated confidentially. I am only obliged to share information if there is a legal basis for doing so.

- Cameras are installed in the nail salon for safety purposes; camera footage can be reviewed in the event of emergencies. The footage is automatically deleted after a certain period of time. Please note: you remain responsible for your own belongings at all times.

- Are you not satisfied with the service, the treatment, or the final result? Your opinion is regularly requested at virtually every step, so please let me know. This is always open for discussion and can always be adjusted. If there is anything wrong afterwards, you can always contact me.

- A 1-week warranty applies provided it is within reasonable limits (nail repair; no refunds will be given). Naturally, this warranty is void if you have touched or removed your nails yourself; otherwise, it cannot be proven.


When making an appointment or at the end of the nail treatment, a payment obligation naturally arises.

- Should you unexpectedly not have any money with you to pay, you can try to resolve the matter. If that is not possible, you can leave something behind and you will get it back as soon as you have paid. If you have another solution, that is of course also allowed.

- With regular customers, there is naturally more flexibility regarding certain rules.
