Workshops

Creative morning or afternoon packed with inspiration, conviviality, connection, relaxation, and sometimes a bit of mindfulness. The possibilities are diverse. Suitable for various target groups, and multiple options are available.

Why?

Due to the hustle and bustle of everyday life, it is sometimes nice to take a moment to completely reconnect with yourself through creativity. For some, it provides space to express themselves, for others it clears their minds, and others simply find it incredibly enjoyable.

It is a nice way to work without judgment, to relax, to learn new things, and to surprise yourself with what you create.

Sample workshops

My target group: children, youth, (young) adults, and vulnerable groups (e.g., autism, disability, acquired brain injury). We take their wishes, preferences, and capabilities into account. Most workshops last 2 to 3 hours (including walk-in). I focus primarily on well-being, relaxation, and a healthy lifestyle. For children or others who struggle to express themselves, this can also be a pleasant way to feel heard and seen. Creativity knows no boundaries.

Some general examples of workshops

- To paint

- To craft

- Baked goods or healthy food

- Beauty

- DIY decoration

The workshops include a walk-in period, with a short break during or afterwards to chat and have something to eat or drink. Everything is arranged in consultation, subject to agreement.

It is also fun for families, children's parties, team building, community centers, groups of friends, etc.

Location, prices

The location depends on the size of the group, what is available, and the budget.

I usually arrange a space in the neighborhood at the most competitive rate possible. Perhaps you already have a location in mind, or it could be at home.

Prices depend on the type of workshop, materials, location, number of participants, and time. Prices can vary significantly, so feel free to contact us.
